When you opt for a LastSeen Checker subscription, it's set to renew itself automatically. Your account will be billed the total subscription amount at the start of each billing cycle. If you wish not to continue, please remember to cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle.
If you're rethinking your decision after the initial purchase, no worries. You can request a complete refund within the first 48 hours unless you have a free trial.
All you need to do is send us a request at [email protected] with your order details, and we'll take it from there.
However, please note that the 48-hour window starts from the time of your very first in-app purchase. Refunds won't be processed post this period unless applicable laws provide otherwise.
Want a break or wish to discontinue? You can easily cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle starts to prevent any charges.
You can cancel automatic payments through PayPal by heading to the “Settings” of your PayPal account. You can also cancel your subscription on Google Play. Alternatively, a quick email to us at [email protected] can also get things sorted.
